Yes you are eligible for NEET All India Quota couselling which is done for 15% seats in medical colleges. There are mainly two rounds of counselling , followed by a mop up round.
To be eligible you should cross the cut off marks . This year the first two rounds have been completed and mop up rounds will be conducted during second week of August.
