Congrats , yes I know, though it isn't that good number but you have cracked the cut off well ( you should have mentioned your State Rank ) .And yeah there is chance to get into Local colleges with your rank as you have category reservation. But probably it may not be a govt College,so do try for private colleges . And for MBBS you'll get a seat in A category probably. But for BDS there is sheer chance of getting a seat in TS dental colleges also.

Sorry but with these marks you won't be able to get a govt bds college. The cutoff for telanagana is high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in mbbs or bds govt college.
However you might get private or management quota seat
