You will get both the degree of B.Tech and M.Tech in the dual degree program.

In Integrated M.Tech program you will only get the degree fif your M.Tech, it is a 2 year program whereas dual degree program is of 5 years.

So you will not get both the degree in Hyderabad University.

Yes gou should get both degree but firstly you should ask for  before as some college may ignore yoh later . Accordingly we get both degree.
