Hi,  yes there are chances to get the mnit jaipur. Because as you scored 183 marks. It's good but the cutoff marks for the homestate person would be more than the outsiders quota.

Yes, you can expect civil engineering but cut off may vary from year to year as number of applications increase . Reservation play key role in the shortlisting according to the college  and students preference  u can wait till last before  round  of counselling information.

As if you depends from same state i.e. Rajasthan than the cutoff would go high as state rank goes high in Rajasthan for mnit jaipur. But there are chances that you get seat.
