With 11800 rank in NEET , i expect your score to be around 500 if you belong to unreserved category . And with this score in NEET , you can get a private college under AIQ but a government or private medical college under state quota. But you have not mentioned your  quota nor your preferred seat , rsnk is not enough to decide the college you can get. But it is enough to say that you can surely expect an MBBS seat with this rank.

So either mention your quota or prefered state or both in comments .
