yes but not immediately in first counseling and that too if u'll able to get cs than it would be lower rank nit 

but you can try for other branches for moderate nit like ECE , electrical 

but if you only wants cse than check some good GFTI there you have high chance of getting it

Thanks for your query. According to the previous statistics you should get CSE in NIT Karnataka or NIT Surat. I'll suggest you to go for NIT Surat. You'll get a good exposure with a better lot of people surrounding you.
