There are 120 seats  for each stream  that makes 720 seats available
With 900 rank and in  OBC category  you can hope to get CSe or IT engineering as they both combine for 249 seats and as per my perspective
There is no cut off as such. The counselling depends on opening and closing ranks and goes on subsequently till the seats are filled. So I think you will make it
