i got 70k rank in obc jee mains.which nit can i get with cse or it group.

At this rank, I am sorry to tell you that you won't get any NITS IIITs or GIFTs.
The lowest OBC cutoffs for NITs are approximately 10k to 11k
If you have some newer NITs in your home state, then you might still have a chance for getting into one of them
For eg:
NIT Manipur gave HS OBC cutoff as low as 197778 in 2019 for cse
NIT Arunachal Pradesh gave cut off as low as 69745
So your best bet is state level government or private colleges.
