Dear aspirant,

It's very much unlikely to secure a seat in BHMS course in a government college with 120 marks in NEET, especially under the general category. The cutoff for government BHMS colleges is generally very much higher than what you have scored, often around 350 or even higher. While some private colleges may offer admission with scores around 120, especially in states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, or Bihar under the management or open quota, securing a government seat with this score is very challenging. But you have to keep an eye on state level counseling rounds and mop-up rounds for BHMS admissions, as chances may improve if seats remain vacant. For more details please visit the link given below.
