As you belong to general category it may not be possible for you to get admission in IIIT Lucknow. With this rank you can only get a seat in I.T. branch.

As the last year the cut-off for IT branch was 23K, so you might get a chance in IIIT Lucknow but point to be noted that you must go for all the counseling rounds.
