Hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. You can get ECE in most of the colleges in Mangalore. As you belong to 3B category, you may find it easy to get a seat in engineering colleges like Canara Engineering College, Alvas Institute of Technology and so on. Just visit KEA website and download the previous year cutoff rank PDF and check for each colleges for your eligibility. The link is given below.
