you get any govt medical college in bihar through state quota you have to score minimum 370 marks if you belong to sc category. i am making this prediction on the basis of previous year cut off. in previous year the minimum cut off of bihar for sc category under state quota was 370 marks of govt medical college in bettiah. we are not sure about this  year cut off as it chnages every year depending upon no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. so hope for better result.

You didn't mention your score here. Also you didn't mention your state of domicile here.
I would like to tell you that getting a seat primarily depends on your score. If you don't tell your score, we cannot give you any idea.
Also, as asked by you, you can only apply under 85% state quota in bihar if you have a domicile of bihar Or if you have completed your schooling from bihar itself.
