hello venkat,Candidate who are not allotted any seat after the second round or have withdrawn from counselling at any stage during first or second round will get full refund of the fees. Total fees after deducing Rs.1500 towards counselling charge will be refunded in to the account which was mentioned during registration for CSAB 2019 Special Round.
