Hey deva!
According to seat matrix of IIFPT 2019 ,there are only 16 seats for OBC candidates , and your rank in OBC category is 163,which means that there are 162 students in OBC category , who have more marks than you. Then obviously , they will be the ones who will be given first preference . So , you chances are negligible to get a seat in IIFPT with thus rank. You can have chances , only if the top rankers not opt for the seat or withdraw their seat but this is a very rare case.
