Hello Aspirant,

As you have not mentioned your category to which you belong to, whether the above mentioned rank is open rank or category rank. I would assume that you belong to general category and the only branch you may have chances to get in is computer science engineering.And it is difficult to get a seat in this college even if you belong to any of the reserved category.
However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.So hope for the best.

You might get BE(CSE) in last rounds if you have a home state quota. Otherwise there are no chances this year. Also try for other colleges. Search on career360.com and you'll get an idea how other colleges are doing. If they suit you according to your desires, take a chance.
