Hi pal,
For admission in Delhi University you need to score 90% above in your PCM or PCB because at the time of admission Delhi University ask for best of 3 percentage. On the basis of, best of 3 the cutoff will release for different different colleges in Delhi University. The minimum cutoff percentage is abou 87% in best of three. For other universities this score is enough for getting admission. Some of the universities such as iisc, iiser, nest askes for valid score in their respective entrance exams. The fees structure is different for different colleges, approximate fees structure is 8000 to 35000 per year .
Hope this will help you.
Good luck.
