Sine you have not mentioned your category, assuming that you are from general category, for Kerala domicile you have chances for state quota seats in private colleges, for government colleges the chances are quite low.

Now for Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Karnataka, you have to apply for All India Quota, since your domicile is Kerala so you cannot opt for State Quota seats. The exact chances are not easy to be predicted since the cutoffs change every year.
