Yes you will be able to fetch some lower ranked iiits and gifts with this rank. But the college will be lower ranked as well as the branch which I would not suggest. rather you can go for a state governed college. Here is the jee main college predictor which will definitely help you.

You can get GFITs with the state reservation or other reservations if you have. You can apply for GFIT in your state which has high probability for you to take an admission. Applying for colleges other than your domicile state will be a bit problem for you to take an admission. Get the list of your domicile GFITs and check which college you satisfy for and apply for it with state reservation.
