If you have not ben allotted the seat in the first round then you can aooly for the second round. You do not need to register for the subsequent rounds of the counselling once you have registered for the first round. Registration is required to be done only one time. After that you can go for the choice filling rounds and then you can get your seat if you fulfill the eligibility critereria.
