IQ city didn't admit any student last year i.e 2017. It is likely that there would be admissions taking place this year. It can only be confirmed after they have released the official declaration of admission of MBBS students.

IQ city medical was not allowed to take admission in the year 2017 but this year until now there haven't been any such notification, thus it is more likely that this year there will be admissions based on NEET but once the state seat matrix is out it would be more clear.

There is no such official information out that there will be no MBBS admission in 2018. Also, the seats will be filled on the basis of NEET only so if you wish to get admission there then apply for NEET and get required score and reserve seat there.
