No.! This will be considered under manual error which happens many times. I expect that you have filled the registration- application form for JEE- correctly -- for parents/guardian's name especially- then you need not worry about it.! This is just for their data record.
But make sure, to be careful always while giving any of your details in written.

No, it won't affect your result but yaah make in mind that do not do such kind of blunder mistakes in the exam. Be careful while filling your details because you can't predict that whether it will or it won't create a problem. So to avoid such heatic situation you should be careful while filling the details of yourself or about your parents.
