It is quite not possible to do full time Mtech with job.

You will not be able to concentrate on Mtech.Your Mtech has to be part time ,then you will be able to jo tour job.

For instance ,Some colleges offer you teaching and with full time teaching you can apply in the same college for Mtech.

That is quite possible.Most of the teachers apply for this process.

They do Part time Mtech with teaching.
