KCET 2021 reservation criteria has been published by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) in their official bronchure. As of 2021, KEA has reserved 15% of government seats for rural candidates and 5% of government seats are reserved for the students from Kannada medium.10% seats in all engineering colleges will be reserved for Defence Personnel of Karnataka Origin.

Sorry, but no reservation has been given for telegu minority students as per the official bronchure published by KEA for KCET 2021.
