Hey,
While calculating your third year cgpa they will show the score separately for the 5th and 6th semesters on the basis of marks you scored in that particular semester. They will not include rest of the semesters for calculating it. But while calculating your total percentage you graduated with, all years cgpa will be considered and will be counted.
