but as per your marks there are decent chances of getting the government.. You have enough marks to get the govt college

With 580 marks in NEET in general category the chances of getting government college under All Indi quota will have less chances. But he can surely get some government college in your own state through state quota.
So fill forms of your state medical counselling and opt for colleges in your state.
