My brother got 25757 AIR (546 Marks) in NEET 2019 yesterday from jammu and Kashmir. Does he have any chances to get a medical college

First of all your marks are good and their is a good chance to get medical college seat through all India rank. Actually, every year the cut-off of every college changes so can't say accurately that you will get government seat or not. If you are from SC category then chances are more to get government college but if you are from general category then you should keep trying throughout all rounds of counselling . The safer zone of marks is from 540-630 for getting admission in top government colleges or top private colleges
