KEAM has been originally scheduled for April 20th and the 21st. But India will be under Lockdown until the 15th of April and the next course of action will be announced after 21 days. So it is too early to comment on anything. Wait for the official announcement. And NEET has not been postponed. As of now, NEET will be conducted on Ma 3rd.
