Hello dear 

Nothing much can be said regarding this as its the first year when NTA is conducting neet and no one has seen the type of questions they frame for neet but the chances are that the level of questions asked in neet  will remain same which generally based on ncert .So prepare well first complete ncert ,then previous year questions and the only go through your side books .
