Neet 2019 will be totally based on ncert syllabus?

Dear Sarkar, This year JEE Mains April Session had questions mostly asked from NCERT syllabus. How does it become relevant to NEET? NTA is the exam conducting authority for both JEE and NEET. And MCI has never prescribed any syllabus ever for NEET. It hasn't also released any books as reference. But because most boards follow NCERT, the question paper is also prepared on the basis of NCERT. Having said that we cannot be assured that NCERT is the sole base for NEET. The probabilities stand at 85%. So just do not depend on NCERT.
