YES the certificate from another state will effect your job in your own state only if you go for government jobs,but if you go for private jobs there will not be any effect.

yes definetly it affects while the first priority will be given to the home state people and then to the next states people but in some state government posts there will be no eligibility for applying to the other state students also but for central government job notification any state person can apply for any post , so need to worry for central posts but in private sector like software field no need of state catogery it gives according to the catogery only , so all the best for your future and hope that you will get a good job
