I have all my documents from one state and OBC from another state Will it be acceptable during the JEE counselling ?

yes, you OBC Certificate will be valid even if it's from other state, but it must be issued earliest on or after 1st April, 2022.
With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that for JEE MAINS and ADVANCED, OBC NCL caste certificate is required only from central government as per the latest guidelines. This certificate is required to be in proper format as described by jee.
So, your OBC-NCL Certificate must be issued by central and not from the state government.
