We cannot predict it precisely because allocation of seat depends on total number of seats vacant, candidate's category, rank and preferences. In most cases the cut off range increases in second round. For example if the cut off for a college A in branch B in round 1 was 10,000 then the cut off in second round will be above 10,000. But we cannot say this will always be the case. But by analysing previous year cut off the cut off range certainly increased.
