There are chances that cut off will drop but nothing can't be said surely as number if students are increased .

The competition is only getting tougher every year and there is also an increase in the number of applicants every year. Chances of an upshoot in the cut off are more than chances of a drop in the cut off scores.

The overall national will drop as per experts and myself . But cutoff for mbbs in govt medical colleges may go up .
