Yes they will be counted, and the cut off will also he relatively lowe because of increase in seats. There are 7000 seats approximately that has been increased, hence the cut off score this year will be lower than predicted.

Means the cutoff will he down??? But peoples are saying it will be high than previous year??and is it also that no. Of seats in aiims too increased for session 2019-20?

It will obviously be high than previous year, but there is some approximation that people make to see how much increment will the cut off take in the succeeding years. In that context, the cut off this year will be lower than expected approximation of increment that was predicted for this year, since the seats have increased from 2019.
