The reservation for girls doesn't cause any alterations in there rank because in any exam where the girls are given any reservation, two separate lists are made one i which they get an all india rank
and in other list they are ranked from highest to lowest on the basis of there marks and this list contains only girls ranks.

So there all india ranks are not affected by reservations. Because it will be same whether reservations are there or not.
