800 seats is a lot, you see but however it won't affect the usual cutoffs.
I am myself studying in IIT Delhi and there aren't many girls in the top 5000. So, the girls having rank between 5000 to 15000 will get most of the seats. As IIT has been qualified by around 19000 candidates only, so I feel that all the girls might get a seat{I ain't sure}.
