Every state have three rounds of counseling process for neet. That is first second and mop up round  You will surely get an update on the official site of your state counseling authority. 

You can check it on the Google too. 

You will get proper information there.

Yes,Tamil Nadu selection committee will conduct second phase of counselling.

The dates have not been announced yet but tentatively it is supposed to begin by second week of August.
