i am from telangana state when will we have second phase of counselling and in second phase should we put our fresh choices or our first phase choice will be carried for the second phase please answer

2nd phase counseling dates are not yet released. They are yet to be announced so have patience and be updated with official Website for the dates.
Now coming to counseling procedure, after the results of 1st counselings,in the Colleges you have applied will be reset. You need to again apply in the College's you want. But you need not register again. Registration is one time procedure. You just need to apply again in the Colleges you want.
