Will there be a significant increase in josaa cutoffs this year compared to 2019 ?? Due to covid effect and decrease in no. Of students taking the exam?? can i get a good college even for a bad rank?

Hello,

No there will be no significant increase in JoSAA cutoffs in 2020 compared to 2019. It is the opposite of what you think JoSAA and JEE Mains and Advanced authorities have lower the eligibility criteria because of this pandemic situation caused by covid-19. Many students are suffering from various problems still you have to qualify with decent marks to get a good college. They have shown leniency on 12th marks and a little with the cutoffs but that does not mean that you would get a good college even for a bad rank.
