Please be informed that there would not be any issue if you did not take the printout of the final registration form for AIIMS January 2020 examination however you need to retain your registration/ application number so that you can use it to download your admit card for the AIIMS January 2020 examination without which you would have to face some difficulties while downloading your admit card.

Taking a printout of the final registration slip is not a part of the registration. It is your choice if you wanna take a printout or not. If the fees has been paid, then your registration is complete and you will get the admit card. You don't need to worry about it.
