After csab round is over, then there will be no counseling held for filling the vacant seats in nits ( if any ).
This year the csab counseling was held for two rounds for filling around 7430 vacant seats. And after csab is over some seats got left.

So, many students thought that the institutes will conduct a decentralised counselling for filling the vacant seats, but this is not the actual case.

In fact, these seats are kept vacant and are filled in next year by lateral entry ( admission given in 2nd year, generally for diploma candidates )
