If you are enquiring regarding admission to the merit based courses in Delhi University such as BA (Hons), B.Com, B.Sc in various subjects then yes the admission is based on marks scored in class 12th in the best four subjects. For courses like BA Hons Humanities and Social Sciences programme, BBA, BMS, LLB, B.Tech written test is conducted which is known as DUET.
