According to your question cutoff for any exam vary from year to year. But let me tell you that cutoff is decided based on various factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper, number of questions asked in the paper, and majorly the cutoff trends of previous years.

        Taking overall consideration the cut off ranks decreases for a college. But it also depends on the students who got good ranks . If those students also secured good ranks in JEE ADVANCE and MAINS  they can opt for them since it would be a better option for them.
