Both are almost similar as far as academics are concerned. You choose whatever suits to your personal choices.

Currently, AIIMS Rishikesh is ahead of AIIMS Jodhpur in terms of PG seats, and they have already given internal preference to their undergraduate students on their PG seats, while AIIMS Jodhpur and other AIIMS are still due, to come up with a similar policy.

Infrastructure

Both having almost same infrastructure, having well equipped Standard Labs, LTs etc.

Location and Campus

AIIMS Rishikesh located in the lap of Nature, in front of Ganga, having most Beautiful campus with scenic Beauty. On other side AIIMS Jodhpur is lacking in natural beauty and experiences scorching heat in summer. Sometimes it feels like heaven in Rishikesh and you will spend 5.5 yrs here.
