Your rank as per previous year analysis will be around 2000. So have chances of getting Jadavpur University but you will  get top branches. You will get every branches in iem Kolkata, heritage, Haldia etc. Check wbjee cutoff

Hello sankalan, Last year closing rank for electrical engineering was 5646, so I think based on your marks you should get a seat easily. Although there is also a branch named electronics and telecommunication engineering whose cutoff was 3846. You would get a rank around 2000. You are well set to get a seat in electrical branch in Jadavpur University.
