Yes, You can definitely get Admission for Mtech course with any rank, not only for your rank. You have few chances to get M.Tech Admission at JNTUH since you are having NCC Certificate. But however there are chances that you may not even get. Because as there are only few seats for intake and As the priority is first given to GATE rankers at the time of seat allotments. So, there are chances that you may not get seat in JNTUH. You can also try other top colleges such as CBIT, VNR VJIET, MGIT, etc.
