With your category rank of 32455 under OBC you will not be able to get into NITs in the sounth(Trichy, Calicut, Surathkal, Andhra Pradesh and Warangal) and even most of the IIITs have high cutoff as well. It would be difficult for you to take admission with such a high rank. You can consider some good GFTIs as well.
