Hello amritpritam,

As you already know that this year Neet ug was easier than previous year so the cutoff will be higher and the strength of candidates were also more than last year , so I don't think you can get a government college with 332 marks however you can go for the counseling and check whether you can get a private medical college or not , don't miss counseling and don't loose hope.

All the best :)

Hello

As we don't know the cutoff , let's assume this year's cutoff will be slightly higher than last year. So considering that here are some deemed universities which you can go for with your marks :-

1. M.M Institute of Medical Sciences, Mullana, Ambala
2. JSS , Mysore
3. SBKS Medical Institute & Research , Sumandeep     Vidyapeeth
4. Shri Shiddhartha M.C , DU , Tumkur

Hope this helps :)
