Sorry to say but you very less chance to get an MBBS seat in government medical college in Delhi because of here cutoff is always higher. Moreover there is no private medical college in Delhi except one which is deemed to the university, Jamia Hamdard. At this score it would be tough to get into Jamia MBBS seat. Rest you can try for other private colleges in UP, which is near to Delhi. As in Haryana and Rajasthan, its again high cutoff due to domicile issue and less number of seats. If you need more information just comment it down. But I would say that please don't lose your hope & wait for the result & then decide accordingly.
