Last year cut off for Mbbs for general candidates in Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College, Jhalawar under state quota was 567. While cut off in Medical colleges of  Rajasthan under state quota was 560 at Government Medical College, Dungarpur.
While cut off for BDS for general candidates under state quota was 529 at Government Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur (RUHS).
So going by previous years cut off at 545 you can expect a seat in BDS . However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
Since jhalawar Medical college is a government college admission is only via NEET UG. No management quota or payment seat is available.

Well, actually payment seat is not available in Jhalawar medical college. However if your domicile state is Rajasthan,  then you can try for other new private colleges for which the annual fees is 7.5 lks per year.
